Store Polices

Phone Orders*

  1. To Place a Phone Order, Please have the Exact Name/Item Code, Size and Finish of Tile.
  2. We Do Not Respond to Unsolicited Email Orders. Please Call the Store @ 773-276-2662 to Place an Order.
  3. All Orders Placed by Phone require an Authorization Email for Credit Card Payments.
  4. We do not ship nor offer any third party shipping solutions. We do not package goods for shipping.
  5. Upon receiving the Authorization Email and Processing Payment, you will receive an email Confirmation of Payment and a Detailed/ Itemized Invoice.

Store Pick-ups

Order Pick-ups are from 9am to 6pm Monday through Saturday.  Sunday 10- 4pm.

1. We require an 8-digit invoice number verification before releasing your order.

We will not release an order without this invoice number present.  No Exceptions.

2. You may authorize a third party to pick up your order on your behalf.  

This person will be required to bring in the aforementioned invoice number.

3. All orders left for pick-up must be picked up within 10 days.

4.  Any orders left beyond 20 days will be considered abandoned property and put back into stock.

 

Tile Outlet Ltd. Return Policy

Qualifying/Returnable Items can be returned for a full refund if the following conditions are met:

  1. Original Invoice/Receipt is Present [or if a credit card was used, a bank statement printout verifying Tile Outlet Store Purchase]
  2. The Return is Made Within 20 Days from Date of Purchase
  3. Goods are in Sealed, Resell-able Condition
  4. The Same Credit Card Used to Purchase is Present.  If a check was used to purchase, you must wait until the check clears for a refund.  Tile Outlet reserves the right to mail a check for any large cash or check purchases.

Tile Outlet Reserves the Right to Charge up to 20% for Restocking  Any Returned Goods.

 

Qualifying/Returnable Items:

  1. Full Boxes of In-Stock Porcelain or Ceramic Tile
  2. Full Boxes of In-Stock Luxury Vinyl Tile
  3. Uncut In-Stock Trim/Finishing Pieces Including Bullnose, Chair Rail, Pencil, Baseboard, Metal Trim, et al.
  4. Full/Sealed Containers of In-Stock Grouts, Mortars, Adhesives, Cleaners, Sealers, Spacers, et al.
  5. Unopened In-Stock Radiant Heating Systems and Unopened Thermostats
  6. Full Unopened Rolls of In-Stock Underlayment and Unopened Waterproofing Systems

Final Sale Items.  No Returns Will Be Granted on the Following Items:

  1. Natural Stone Tile including but not limited to: Marble, Granite, Slate, Travertine, Limestone, Bluestone, Onyx, etc.
  2. Glass and Metal Tile
  3. Loose/Individual Pieces of Field Tile
  4. Close-out Tile Specials
  5. Special Order Tile, Vanities, Toilets, Mirrors, Hardware, and any Custom Made/Custom Ordered Items
  6. Any Cut-to-Order Item Including Underlayment such as Schluter Ditra or Kerdi
  7. Any Opened Radiant Heat System or Thermostat
  8. Any Item Not in Resell-able Condition  I.e. Soiled Boxes, Items Missing Original Box, Mortared/Glued Tile, Cut Pieces, etc.

We make every effort to see that our customers leave Tile Outlet satisfied and confident with their purchase.  We will replace any defective or damaged item.  Bring the item in with your store receipt so we may correct the issue.
